I am not happy at all. Don't get me wrong... The property is clean, unit clean, manager was awesome BUT the informatio/Access hours provided to me by Sparefoot ARE SO WRONG & had I been provided the correct access hours, I would have never rented at this location. 100% disappointed. Sparefoot provided me with access hours till 9pm. This wasn't great but it was doable for my schedule. Well, got to storage at 615pm last weekend & denied access. Stupid me thinks I entered the wrong code in so I waste about 10 minutes trying over & over again. I finally give up thinking I did something wrong. As I sit in my car I look up at the gate & there is a huge sign stating access hours are 9am until 6pm. Same as office hours. I cannot express enough how this sucks really bad for me & my schedule. I called the office. Smoke with someone from the main customer service line. I was told the manager would call me back. No call. 2 days later I call several times but the manager wasn't available. I gave up calling and drive over there & there is a sign saying open but manager on property. I wait about 15 minutes & gave up. Came home. Called back several times in a row trying to reach the property office not the customer service center & then finally got the option to leave a message for the property manager so I did. This was 4 days ago. I still haven't heard back. I haven't had time to deal with it again but this is a bummer. My advice is if you use Sparefoot to rent a storage unit. Call the property directly 1st to verify the information they provide you so you don't lose out like me. I had rented a Uhaul truck & just can't afford to do it again to move my stuff somewhere with later access hours. Very disappointed. Beware & verify.
