The woman who helped me with the paperwork was so nice and helpful, and the facility was very clean. I am renting a climate-controlled unit, and the AC is definitely on, and it's a comfortable temperature every time I go. Overall, I'm very happy, and it definitely seems nicer than the Public Storage site that I visited prior to choosing this one.
