They are very good about billing your credit card monthly. However. We were locked out of our unit on Saturday. My husband had to phone them to come and let him in because the code did not work. Then he had to call them back to get out. The employee stated that the Internet was down and they were having a problem. The next day we had to get back in our unit and no one was there, it still did not work and we could not get a hold of them by phone. I put a call into them this morning, Stating we are still unable to get into our storage unit. This afternoon I still have not received a call back!
I believe they do not understand how important it is to have access at all times, to your storage unit. We are very disappointed!!
