I was able to do it all online. Directions on how to find the specific unit was texted to me. When I pulled up at the best entrance for me (based on the text) I went inside and there were four functioning rolling carts for my use. When I got to the unit there was a welcome package with a lock in it (which I do not need so I will return it (as I was charged for it) The whole facility was very clean, cool, and in order. My unit was perfect. The only issue was having to wait until the last second before putting the co9de next to the elevator in or it does not work. This is a security feature and probably for the best despite the inconvenience.
