It was easy to reserve a unit via phone from Illinois. Elaine, Rob and Jim were top-notch helpful, and the unit was clean and secure. They even okayed having a package shipped to the office and to call me when it arrived, so I could come in and move it my unit. Highly recommend to everyone in need of storage.

I have been renting a unit for about six months now . I rented one to start then referred a friend that also rented one .I downsized from the biggest one to a medium. I have rented trucks as well . I have to admit that I probebly haven't been the best tenant .I have had a bunch of issues to deal with . With that being said I just have to say that everytime I go to the office I am greeted like a long time friend .im known by first name as well as my family I can sit down and have a conversation and always leave smiling .I feel comfortable safe and its very clean . Definitely the best storage in town

Hank the manager is awesome & is very helpful. He takes good car of the guest & make sure you get the proper storage room at a very decent price.
