Text message indicated 1st floor but space on 2nd floor. Will meet needs adequately but disappointed it was on the 2nd floor. No in person employee not ideal.

I won a unit at auction and when I arrived to pick it up the lady at the counter (Mia) was very nice and professional. She made the whole experience a delight and would recommend this storage location to everyone thanks again Mia you were a lot of help!!!!!

Ended up getting a 10 x 10 cause I missed the reservation for a 5 x 10. Cost more money but it is worth it. Turns out, 10 x 10 is exactly what my things fit in

The online advance sign up was not working the day I went in so we had to do things the old way, on a pad computer in the office. The whole thing took 20 minutes. No upselling and generally just good ol’ customer service.
