As a first time storage unit renter I was not sure what to expect and I had questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism of the employee in the office helping me at the end of the day. I never felt rushed, or like any of my questions were unnecessary, and my safety was assured. We went over options and protocol and I felt so comfortable when I left the facility, knowing I made the perfect choice in storage unit rental.
