We had a storage unit that we emptied and turned in. They put a bright orange lock on it, then continued to charge a claiming it was our lock. Harassing statements and extremely rude. Predatory because they know people are currently getting stimulus money.

Checking in to complete the rental agreement was fast and easy. Excellent customer service. Climate controlled storage unit was in perfect condition and very clean. The entire storage facility looks fantastic!
