To rate the support received, let’s start with the fact that I was assigned unit #9 upon renting with original move in date 3/4/19.
I found a lock already on the unit the first time we went to place items in the unit and requested it be removed which the maintenance dept indicated was removed on the 19th. After a second attempt to begin use of the unit, I found the lock still on. I phoned into the office and spoke with Brooke who instructed me to just find a vacant unit and notify her of the number.
After locating a vacant unit, I phoned Brooke as we had difficulty with the access code and couldn’t access the lot. At that time, she indicated that she would forward a new contract to me for the unit I located and restart the contract time period since I was not able to use the original unit(#9) during March. I still have not received the new contract.
I would appreciate assistance in getting this situation resolved this week. Jennimarie
